Symmo to Yusuf: Play like a man
Yusuf, who played a whirlwind knock of 73 not out to lead Jaipur to a comfortable win against Hyderabad in Ahmedabad on two days ago, said Symonds' verbal attack spurred him to play yet another aggressive innings.
In an interview to Times Now news channel, Symonds said,"This is competition for me. I am tired about the beat up in the media about all this. If there is a problem on the ground, the umpire will sort it out."
"I play within the rules," he told the television channel.
He also said that the media wanted to portray a 'bad boy' image.
"As long as we play within the rules, it is business as usual," he said.
