Hyderabad crush Delhi in a nail-biting finish as they win by 10 runs. Andrew Symonds was the pick of the bowlers as he finished with 3 wickets for 21. Chaminda Vaas did brilliantly to hold his nerves and see Hyderabad through the match with a miserly last over which conceded just 3 runs. For Delhi,
Warner scored a fast-paced 57 (33 balls) and skipper Karthik scored 46 (27 balls), as the Delhi batsmen succumbed to pressure and lost wickets at stages least expected. This win promotes Hyderabad to the second position in the points table, just behind Bangalore

Mumbai will be pretty pleased to reach 151/9 in their 20 overs after some poor batting in the middle overs. Bangalore got off to a great start, striking a couple times. Tendulkar (25) and Tiwary (25) then got a stand but Vinay Kumar triggered a fine collapse in the 11th over in which the bowler bagged 3 wickets to give his side a commanding situation.



Some valuable runs came in towards the end from Sathish (24), Pollard (21) and specially from Zaheer (23* off 9) which helped Mumbai cross the 150-run mark. Steyn (3/26) and P.Kumar (3/25) bowled really well for Bangalore along with the other bowlers. Mumbai have got the momentum after that cameo from Zaheer towards the end and will look to build on it


Bangalore complete a fine 7-wicket win over Mumbai to get to the top of the table, handing the home side their first loss of the season.Chasing 152, Kallis (66*) and Pandey (40) once again got going at the top providing Bangalore with a steady and strong start. Uthappa (23) and Kohli (17) played handy knocks before departing but Kallis, who is yet to be dismissed in this years edition, once again sealed a safe win for his side. His all-round performance also yielded him the Man of the Match award. The total was chased down by Bangalore in the last over with 5 balls to spare

Jaipur finally open their account as they beat Kolkata by 34 runs to hand the visitors their second loss of the edition. Chasing 169, Kolkata could only reach 134/5 in their 20 overs.Defending a competitive total, Jaipur bowled with a plan right from the start which paid off nicely.
Kolkata went on the back foot soon after losing their first wicket and Jaipur kept on building the pressure. Ganguly and Hodge ended in the 30s for Kolkata but it wasn't enough in the end. Yusuf Pathan (2/23) was the pick of the bowlers for Jaipur and he received some good support from Patel and Trivedi.
